TILGHMAN ISLAND CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. minced parsley
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of black pepper
1 c. soft bread crumbs mixed with 2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix crabmeat, mayonnaise, salt, mustard, parsley, cayenne and black pepper lightly with fork. Pile into crab shells or ramekins; scatter bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
