APPLE CRISP | |
4 c. apples, sliced Sugar 2 tbsp. water 1 1/4 c. Bisquick 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 egg 1/4 c. oil Oil an 8 or 9 inch square cake pan. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place apples in pan; cover with 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar, sprinkle with water. Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and egg until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Pour oil over top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or warm with ice cream. Yield: 6 servings. |
