EMERALD PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix 1/3 c. flour 1/4 c. oil 4 eggs 2 tsp. almond flavoring 1 1/2 c. water Green food coloring 1 carton Cool Whip Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan. Blend all ingredients well. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into pan; bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool, then frost with Cool Whip to which green food coloring has been added. Makes 12 servings. |
