PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3 to 4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil

Mix for 5 minutes. Pour batter into tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. size Cool Whip or 1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. milk (may not have to use all of this amount)
