KALE AND SPINACH PASTA 
1 (16 oz.) bag kale
1 (16 oz.) bag spinach
1 (12 oz.) bag Dutch egg noodles (or your favorite pasta)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil

Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat olive oil and place kale in the pan. Let it cook most of the way. Add spinach and cook through. Add vegetables to prepared pasta. Top with shredded cheese.
