PISTACHIO CAKE ALA EASY 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 c. club soda
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. walnuts

Blend all together for 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

ICING:

8 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. box pistachio instant pudding
1/2-1 c. milk
Mix Cool Whip with pudding; gradually add milk to desired consistency.
Frost cool cake.

Type of cake pan is optional. A Bundt pan works great.
