1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk

Bring to a boil butter, shortening, cocoa and water. Mix with mixer in flour, sugar and eggs. Then add vanilla, cinnamon, soda and milk. Pour on large jelly sheet pan, ungreased. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar

Melt all over low heat, mixing well. Can add 1 cup walnuts if desired. Pour over cooled cake.
