CHOCOLATE FUDGE SHEET CAKE 
Melt:

2 sticks butter (1 c.)

Add:

1 c. water

Bring to boil and pour it over:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. (1/4 c.) cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat. Add 2 eggs, beat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup buttermilk (or milk and 1 teaspoon vinegar). Beat together. Pour into greased cooking sheet (with sides) and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Frost while hot.

FROSTING:

Melt:

1 stick butter

Add:

6 tbsp. (1/3 c.) milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. marshmallows

Stir over low heat. Add:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar (about 2 1/2 c.)

Beat until thick. Spread over hot cake.
