1 lb. hamburger
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. ground mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt to taste

Saute the hamburger and pour off grease. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick. Serve on a bun.
