CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. cold water
2 c. flour
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. nutmeats
Handful mini marshmallows
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Sift flour and sugar into large bowl. In saucepan combine butter, cocoa and water. Bring to a boil. Stir into sugar and flour mixture. Blend in buttermilk and soda. Stir in eggs and vanilla. When thoroughly combined, pour into a greased and floured 11"x16" sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

ICING: Bring evaporated milk, sugar and butter to a boil. Cook 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips, nuts and marshmallows. Blend until smooth; spread on warm cake.
