EASY CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. vanilla

ICING:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Bring water, butter, and cocoa to a boil and remove from heat. Sift together the flour, sugar, and salt; add to the boiled mixture. Add the eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Bake in 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes. Use a 13 x 17 1/2 inch pan.

Icing: Bring cocoa, butter, and buttermilk to boil and remove from heat. Add confectioners' sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and chopped nuts. Makes a delicious large cake.
