SAUSAGE AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. sliced potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. grated cheese
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in bite size pieces
1/3 c. water

Grease (or use Pam) a 10-inch baking dish. Line with potatoes. Heat soup and water in small pan until smooth; stir frequently. Add sausage; pour over the potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, covered. Remove lid and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.

Serves 4.
