POTATO & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. raw potatoes, sliced
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper. In large casserole, put layer of sausage, potatoes, onion until all is used. Cover with milk and soup mixture. Dot with butter, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese about 5 minutes before it's done.
