BROILED SALMON 
1 (20 lb.) White King Salmon, filleted and boned, but with the skin left on

BASTING MIXTURE:

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt

Place fish on broiler pan, skin side up. Broil 5 minutes or until skin bubbles. Remove skin. Baste with basting mixture and broil 5 minutes more. Baste again and turn. Broil 10 minutes, basting twice.

Used a one pound filet and modified the amounts in the recipe accordingly. This is really great. My husband and I both LOVED it!!
