BROILED SALMON | |
1 1/2 lb. salmon 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. lite soy sauce 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Mix all of above ingredients together (except salmon). Pour over fish and let stand 1 hour, drain reserve, broil 3 inches from heat, 5 minutes on each side, brushing with butter when turning. |
