GARLIC NOODLES 
2 lbs. egg noodles
1 1/2 lbs. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. garlic salt
4 tbsp. parsley
2 cans mushrooms or fresh mushrooms

I use 8 cloves of fresh garlic, minced and saute in butter.

Melt butter, add rest of ingredients, except noodles, salt and pepper to taste. Boil noodles; drain. Toss with butter mixture.
