BROCCOLI WITH GARLIC & LEMON 
1 bunch broccoli
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cut off broccoli tops and slice stems thin. Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water until tender (7 to 9 minutes) and drain. Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add broccoli and toss until heated through. Add lemon juice. Remove from heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
