BROILED SALMON WITH SMOKED MAPLE
SYRUP
 
1/2 lb. salmon fillets
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp. tamari
2 tbsp. smoked maple syrup
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Set the fillets on aluminum foil on a pan. Squeeze on the lime, add the smoked maple syrup and other ingredients, and broil for 12 minutes without turning.
