BROILED SALMON | |
1 lb. salmon, fillets or steaks 1 tsp. lemon pepper (or lemon juice & black pepper) 1 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (opt.) 1 tbsp. butter Melt butter and brush salmon with it. Lightly coat with lemon pepper, dill weed and garlic powder. Broil steaks 10 minutes each side of fillets 20 minutes one side. Fish is cooked when transparent color is replaced by opaque color. |
