MOM'S BROILED SALMON | |
The recipe was designed by my mother Gladys Bentley. one salmon filet Teriyaki sauce lemon pepper (McCormick) Spray the broiler pan to keep the skin from sticking. Brush filet with a thick Teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle lightly with lemon pepper. Broil for about 25 minutes (I like the Teriyaki to be dark around the edges). Serve with green beans.
