MOM'S BROILED SALMON 
The recipe was designed by my mother Gladys Bentley.

one salmon filet
Teriyaki sauce
lemon pepper (McCormick)

Spray the broiler pan to keep the skin from sticking. Brush filet with a thick Teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle lightly with lemon pepper.

Broil for about 25 minutes (I like the Teriyaki to be dark around the edges).

Serve with green beans.
