BROILED SALMON BURGERS 
2 c. fine soft bread crumbs
2 egg whites
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. finely grated cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, skinned, boned & drained
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine crumbs, egg whites, chili sauce, lemon juice, onions, cheese and pepper in bowl and mix well. Flake salmon in bowl and blend. Form salmon mixture into patties, pan fry for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Patties may also be brushed with melted butter and oven broiled, 3" to 4" from heat.
