RHUBARB DREAM BARS 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. diced rhubarb

For crust, combine 2 cups flour and confectioners sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into bottom of 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While crust is baking prepare filling. For filling, blend eggs, sugar, 1/2 cup flour and salt until smooth. Fold in rhubarb. Spread over hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until filling is lightly browned. Cool and cut into squares or bars.
