MOM'S RHUBARB BARS 
3 c. rhubarb, cut real fine
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch (dissolved in 1/4 c. water)
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook until thick. 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter 1 tsp. baking soda

Mix and put 3/4 of this in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour rhubarb filling over this. Put the rest of the crust mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
