RHUBARB BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Combine 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except the rhubarb and Jello. Mix together well and put in 9 x 9 inch pan. Cover with rhubarb. Sprinkle Jello over. Sprinkle with remaining flour and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cut into bars.
