1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, soft
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. chopped onions
3 tbsp. chopped green peppers
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Seasonings: basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper

Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, 1/2 tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and seasonings, mix. Press into small cake or pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of oven, pour the rest of the tomato sauce over and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake 10 minutes more until thoroughly cooked and bubbly.
