RHUBARB BARS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together; cut in butter. Add egg; mix in milk. Spread into greased 9 x 9 pan.

Sprinkle dry Jello over rhubarb; mix sugar and flour together with butter until it crumbles and sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
