CRUNCHY ONION RINGS 
2 lg. onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
Cold milk

Soak the onion rings in a deep bowl of cold milk for 1/2 hour; remove and dip in the beaten eggs. Mix the bread crumbs and seasonings together in another bowl. Dip the rings in the bread crumbs; shake off the excess and fry in electric frying pan or deep fryer at 375 degrees F. Cook only a few at a time until golden brown. Turn once. Remove from oil; drain on paper towels.
