GERMAN BUNDT CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 box vanilla or pistachio instant pudding 3/4 c. Crisco oil 3/4 c. water 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Beat everything 8 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool cake. GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. milk FILLING: 1 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon When you put cake batter in pan alternate batter with nut mixture, starting with nut mixture. Grease and flour pan. |
