1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3/4 c. corn oil 4 whole eggs 3/4 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. butter flavor extract Combine cake mix, pudding, oil and water and mix well. Add one egg at a time. Beat well after each egg. Set time and beat 8 minutes at high speed. Add extract during last minute of beating. Layer batter and nut mixture. Start with 1/3 batter, 1/2 of nut mixture, 1/3 batter, 1/2 of nut mixture. Last 1/3 of batter. Bake 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Set on rack for exactly 8 minutes. Turn on plate. Glaze while still warm. NUT MIXTURE: 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. sugar GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 3 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. butter extract |
