PORK CHOPS ON RICE 
6 pork chops (about 3/4-inch thick)
salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 c. orange juice
1 can chicken rice soup

In skillet brown chops on both sides; season with salt and pepper.

Place rice in 12x7x2-inch baking dish. Pour orange juice over rice. arrange pork chops on rice. Pour soup over all. Cover (with foil) and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, uncover and bake 10 minutes more.

Serves 6.
