BAKED-FRESH SWEET POTATO 
4 raw sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar to taste
1 pinch cornstarch
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Allspice
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
2 pie crusts

Put crust in deep pan. Slice raw potatoes crosswise thin. Mix cornstarch and sugar together starting with a layer of sweet potatoes, alter mixture and spices to top of pan. Add butter and top with top crust. Bake at 350 degrees.
