HAM - SWEET POTATO BAKE 
Canned sweet potatoes
Pineapple slices
Ham, sliced
Miniature marshmallows

Mash canned sweet potatoes and add brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter to suit your taste. (Add juice from sweet potatoes for moisture, if needed.) Place this sweet potato mixture on top of ham, sliced about 1/4 inch thick. Then place a pineapple ring on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Put miniature marshmallows in center of pineapple ring and return to oven to brown and melt (about 5 minutes). A great recipe for using up leftover ham!
