SWEET POTATO BAKE 
5 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. pecans

Combine potatoes, salt, butter, and pineapple (juice included). Place half of the mixture in a buttered casserole. Top with half of the marshmallows. Add remaining potato mixture and rest of marshmallows. Arrange pecans on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot and marshmallows are brown.
