SWEET HOT MUSTARD 
1 c. cider vinegar
2 oz. Coleman's dry mustard
3 eggs
1 c. sugar

1. Mix together and let stand overnight cider vinegar and Coleman's dry mustard

2. Mix together eggs and sugar in saucepan over medium heat until mixture is smooth.

3. Add mustard mixture and cook, stirring often until mixture thickens, it will thicken as it cools. (This is good served warm or cold.)
