CHINESE HOT SWEET MUSTARD 
1 sm. can dry mustard or 1/4 c. dry mustard
1 c. cider vinegar
3 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar

Combine dry mustard and vinegar. Let stand 1 hour. Stir in eggs, flour and sugar. Heat until bubbles. Remove from heat.
