TURKEY BUTTER MEATBALLS | |
2 c. ground turkey 1/4 c. melted butter 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. dried, minced (or fresh) onion 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. minced celery 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper In a small bowl, combine butter and paprika. Set aside. In a medium bowl, beat the egg and add turkey, mayonnaise, onion, bread crumbs, celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Shape into balls and roll in butter mixture. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes and then broil for another 5 to 6 minutes or until browned and firm. |
