COLD MACARONI SALAD 
MARINADE:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. elbow macaroni

Cook macaroni; don't overcook since you let them sit. Pour into marinade.

Cut:

4 spring onions (use lots of green)
1 lg. tomato
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen mixed vegetables, don't cook, add frozen

Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
