SHRIMP AND MACARONI SALAD 
8 oz. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 bag mini pre-cooked shrimp, thawed
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs
Season-all salt (to taste)
Diced onion (opt.)
Chopped green pepper (opt.)
Chopped dill pickle (opt.)

1. Cook macaroni according to directions on box.

2. Drain and cool.

3. In a large bowl, mix macaroni, shrimp and sliced eggs.

4. Add chopped vegetables if desired.

5. Fold in Miracle Whip and salt.

6. Refrigerate and serve cold. Serves 4 to 6.
