JOY'S TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 onion, chopped
1 slice bread (crust cut off)
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. ground basil or tarragon
Cooking oil

Soften chopped onion with small amount of cooking oil, in microwave. Soften bread with small amount of milk (bread will swell). Mix egg with turkey. Combine all of the above, plus parsley, and basil or tarragon. Form meatballs and saute in small amount of oil in a frying pan. (They also freeze well, after cooking).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
