SAUCY TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 sm. onion, minced
Dash pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Dash allspice
Dash garlic powder
1/3 c. club soda
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. prepared mustard (I prefer the dark mustards)

In large bowl mix turkey, onion, pepper, salt, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, allspice, garlic powder and club soda. Shape turkey mixture into 1 inch balls.

In large skillet, heat oil. Add turkey meatballs and brown thoroughly.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine undiluted soup, milk and mustard. Pour over browned meatballs in skillet. Simmer covered 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve over hot fluffy rice or noodles. Makes 4 servings about 550 calories per serving.
