TASTY TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 c. dry Stove Top dressing
1 egg, beaten with 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. chicken granules
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
4 oz. mushrooms (stems and pieces)
1/2 can milk

Mix together and let stand 5 minutes: 1/2 cup dressing, egg, onion and chicken granules. Mix with turkey. Form meatballs. Roll in 1 cup dressing that has been finely ground. Brown in pan sprayed with Pam.

Mix soup, milk, and mushrooms. Pour over meatballs. Cover. Bake or cook on top of stove 30 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
