RHUBARB CRISP 
5 c. rhubarb, cut
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place in baking pan. Mix the 5 topping ingredients together, sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
