LO-CAL RHUBARB CRISP | |
3 c. chopped fresh rhubarb 2 pkgs. diet strawberry Jello 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. quick oats 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. butter Place rhubarb on bottom of ungreased 9" square pan. Sprinkle gelatin over rhubarb. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. Combine ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Spoon over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown. May be topped with lo-cal topping when ready to serve. |
