BABY CARROT BREAD 
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. water
4 sm. jars of Gerber carrots (baby food)
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil

Sift together flour, soda, salt, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Combine eggs, water, vegetable oil and baby food. Add to dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Fold in nuts. Pour batter into 2 well greased loaf pans or into several smaller sized loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
