SWISS CUBE STEAK 
Dip cube steaks in canned milk and flour. Brown on both sides in hot grease and season while browning. Pour diluted cream of mushroom soup (1 can soup to 1-1/2 cup milk) over meat and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serve mushroom sauce for gravy.
