CUBE STEAK SAUTE | |
1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lb. cube steaks 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. beef broth 2 tbsp. horseradish 1. Heat oil in large (12 inch) skillet over moderate heat. 2. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Saute steaks until browned, about 1 to 2 minutes each side. Reduce heat to moderate. 3. Stir in beef broth and horseradish and bring to a boil. Serve immediately. |
