CHEESE BATTER BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. warm milk
1/4 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs

Melt butter in warm milk and water. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and all other ingredients. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Stir in remaining 1 cup flour. Cover; let rise until light, 45-60 minutes. Stir down. Place in 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
