SWISS CUBE STEAK 
Dip cubed steak in milk and flour. Brown on both sides in hot fat and season while browning. Pour diluted cream of mushroom sauce over it (1 can soup to 1 1/2 cups milk) and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serve mushroom sauce for gravy.
