JOHN'S FAVORITE SWISS STEAK 
Tenderize meat with Adolf's tenderizer lightly overnight. Add 2 tablespoons flour in a cooking bag and shake with meat. Mix seasoning blend and 2 cups of water. Stir and pour ingredients into cooking bag. Place 1 large onion and 3 cloves of chopped garlic in the meat and 1/2 pound mushrooms, quartered. John uses the Schilling bag `n season for this Swiss steak. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Punch holes in bag before using.
