CINNAMON APPLESAUCE BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sweetened applesauce
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. Egg Beaters
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. seedless raisins
Confectioners' sugar glaze, optional

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. In a large bowl, blend applesauce, sugar, Egg Beaters and butter. Stir in flour, just until blended. Batter will be lumpy. Mix in raisins and spoon batter into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Drizzle with glaze, if desired, serve.
